Yes, Foot Rescue should be used as needed to relieve discomfort through out the day.

Simply spray Foot Rescue directly on to your bare feet for instant relief.
HOW MANY SPRAYS DO I NEED?
Typically 4 — 6 sprays or enough to cover your entire foot, however the amount of sprays needed will depend on the size of your foot and level of discomfort.

Foot Rescue is hypoallergenic, organic, and/or gluten free.
HOW BIG IS THE BOTTLE, HOW MANY USES?
The 1 oz bottle should last for 30 days of use (4-6 sprays per foot, 5 days per week). The credit card sized sprayer is designed for a weekend of use (4-6 sprays per foot, for 2-3 days)

DOES FOOT RESCUE HAVE A SCENT? DOES IT RELIEVE ODOR?
Foot Rescue has Eucalyptus Oil, Camphor and Peppermint Oil which have a pleasant fresh scent and are antimicrobial & antibacterial. They also help with odor.
CAN I USE FOOT RESCUE WITH PANTYHOSE OR STOCKINGS?
Yes, Foot Rescue will be effective even when you are wearing pantyhose and it will not cause any adverse effects to your stockings.
